Calcium Signaling Toolkit

I have just started my project on working out the evolution of Calcium Signaling pathways. The project aims to specify a complete toolkit of the genes, domains, peptides/proteins, and families of proteins involved in calcium based signaling. This toolkit will then be mapped onto evolutionary phylogenetic trees based on all sequence data that is freely available.
